  1. Digital Products

    All purchases made through the NomadARK store are for virtual in-game goods or services. These have no real-world monetary value and are non-transferable to other servers, platforms, or games.

  2. No Refund Policy

    All sales are final. This policy applies to every product and service offered in the NomadARK Store. Due to the nature of digital goods, no refunds or chargebacks will be accepted under any circumstance, including but not limited to:

    • Item loss in-game
    • Player or tribe bans
    • Server wipes, resets, or shutdowns
    • Changes to server settings or rules
    • User decision or regret after purchase

  3. Changes to In-Game Items

    We reserve the right to modify, replace, or remove any in-game items or services offered in the store, especially in cases of balance adjustments or exploit prevention.

  4. Terms of Service Changes

    These Terms of Service may be updated at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services or making purchases from the store constitutes acceptance of any modified terms.

  5. Violation of Server Rules

    Players found violating NomadARKs server rules may lose access to previously purchased goods. Bans, punishments, or wipes resulting from rule-breaking will not result in a refund or compensation.

  6. Community & Support

    For any store-related issues, you may contact the NomadARK team via Discord. Support will be provided at our discretion and based on availability.

  7. Memberships & Recurring Payments

    Subscriptions and memberships can be canceled at any time through the store dashboard or by contacting NomadARK Support. However:

    • Once a payment is processed, it is non-refundable, even if the service has not yet been used.
    • No refunds will be given if you forget to cancel your subscription before the next billing cycle.
